What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service. We store your email and name to identify your account.

All listing data you create — addresses, prices, features, notes, and cost settings — is stored in our database and associated with your account.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to run the app for you. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. Listing data is private to your account and is never visible to other users.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

Third-party services

We use Google OAuth for authentication. Google's own privacy policy governs data handled by their sign-in flow. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
